Uyghur cuisine reflects the influence of neighboring cultures such as Greek, Persian, and Arabic cultures, yet Uyghur food culture is uniquely its own. Uyghur people have a deep understanding of natural medicine, and take great pride in creating dishes that are not only delicious but also highly nutritious. Our Catering Menu

We’ve designed a special Catering Combo menu specifically for groups of 3 or more. Enjoy unique catering that will delight your group with traditional flavors from Central Asia. Our catering menu includes the following dishes and combos: 

Lamb Shank & Polo Combo: Lamb shank seasoned with chili powder and cumin is served alongside one of the most popular Uyghur dishes: polo. Polo is made with fluffy, flavorful rice pilaf served with shredded lamb and beef, carrots, green onion, cotton oil, and quail eggs.

Lamb Kebab & Polo Combo: Each serving of this combo includes two skewers of seasoned lamb seasoned, traditional polo, salads, yogurt, and quail eggs. 

Lamb Kebab & Samsa Combo: This combo includes two skewers of lamb seasoned with chili powder and cumin and two pieces of samsa. Samsa is a traditional dish of fresh dough stuffed with flour, beef and onions, black peppers, salt, and sesame. This combo also includes salads and yogurt with each serving. 

Big Plate Chicken with Noodles: Big plate chicken is a Uyghur favorite! Rich chicken stew is prepared with bone-in chicken, potato, green pepper, garlic, red pepper, and house spices. Each serving of this combo comes with a portion of big plate chicken and a serving of noodles for each person.

Naan & Salads Combo: Naan is an important daily staple for Uyghur people, and is one of the most famous street foods. Naan is a type of flatbread traditionally cooked in a clay oven with cumin and chili powder. Each portion of this combo includes three pieces naan, salad, and yogurt.

Lamb Kebab & Naan Combo: Try two popular Uyghur specialties in one combo! Each serving includes two skewers of seasoned lamb, two pieces of naan, salad, and yogurt.

Uyghur Lamb Wraps: Lamb, tomato, onion, green peppers, and homemade yogurt are wrapped together with naan bread to create a delicious wrap. 

Each combo is designed for a minimum of 5 people, but additional servings can be added to any combo menu item. Our Combo Menu is available for both pickup and delivery. In order to best serve you, we ask that orders be placed at least 4 hours in advance.
